Billy Garland is a Canadian artist working in the field of drawing and sculpture.

He received a B.F.A. and B.Ed. from York University in Toronto, Ontario.

His drawings and sculptures have been exhibited in the city of Toronto in such spaces as the Gales Gallery, the Special Projects Gallery, the Eleanor Winters Art Gallery, the Brief Gallery, the Whippersnapper Gallery, the Resistor Gallery, and at the Canadian Sculpture Society.

In addition, he has a permanent work at York University. He is also the recipient of a Hermitage Museum Young Artists’ Program nomination and a BMO 1st Art! Invitational Student Art Competition nomination from York University.
